Lakefront living and awe-inspiring views

A historic residential community, Fort Sheridan is a North Shore neighborhood on Lake Michigan. The development is conveniently situated among the celebrated neighborhoods of Highland Park and Highwood, providing residents with a respite from the busyness of city life. Fort Sheridan first originated as an army base in 1889. Renowned landscape designer O.C. Simonds meticulously merged the military’s needs with the land’s rolling terrain.
